We help your employees look after their own needs outside of work so they show up at their best when they come in to work.

Bespoke Coach Me has teamed up with The Morpheus Clinic for Hypnosis to provide a service that addresses the most common root causes of mental and behavioral challenges, shared in any workforce.

There are some doctors who smoke, driven individuals who pay for a gym membership they allowed to fall out of use. Experience has shown that for any real change to occur, it must come from a deep pre-conscious shift in perspective.

frequently asked questions

  • Hypnosis is a relaxed, inwardly focused state of mind that makes it easier to accept new ideas. The hypnotist’s role is to help you enter that state, and then to suggest perspectives that will help you in your situation. Normally, these would be perspectives that are held by somebody who doesn’t have your problem, or perspectives that are truthful and reassuring, or truthful and empowering.

This means that hypnosis can probably help with any issue that’s affected by the way you think about it, and it probably can’t help with any issue that remains unchanged regardless of how you think about it.

Long-term change happens when you’ve fully internalized new ways of thinking. We believe that a good hypnotist must be a good philosopher, since the quality of the ideas that are communicated matters even more than the depth of hypnosis that you are in (after all, it won’t help you to internalize ideas that give you the wrong idea about the world).

  • Yes. The issues that we address during shared sessions are societal issues that happen to manifest in various individuals—they are not yours alone. For example, most of us are not so lucky that we were taught the worldview of a self-loving, self-respecting person, and this has to be learned in adulthood. When we have our guests sorted correctly into the right groups, each guest will benefit from hearing the same message, in their own individual way.

To hear us speak about this paradigm in depth, please watch this lecture that Luke gave on May 27, 2023.

What are the pros and cons of shared sessions?

Shared experiences have two main benefits: First, you are left with a strong impression that your problems are not just yours, and are part of the human condition. Second, the economy of scale makes regular visits affordable for the average person, which means that you can complete more sessions at a lower cost.

On the cons side: In any group larger than one, we can only speak to the centre of the Venn diagram that describes everybody’s interests. If you require us to speak to very specific or very personal matters, private sessions are more appropriate.

Can anybody be hypnotized (in a group setting)?

Like most things, responsiveness to hypnosis can be plotted on a bell curve: around 15% of the population will be low in suggestibility, around 15% will respond exceptionally well, and for the remainder we can expect are usual degree of success.

  • Our group hypnosis sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and empowering, and many members with similar experiences have found them helpful for building resilience and reframing limiting beliefs. The sessions are highly introspective, so you won’t need to share anything personal unless you choose to. If you have specific concerns, we can discuss how the program might align with your needs, and you’re also welcome to explore private sessions for deeper, personalized support if that feels more comfortable.

  • Employees can learn how to take care of their needs outside of work, using Maslow’s hierarchy as a framework, so that they can be at their best when they arrive at work.

The group classes are the same as the ones we offer to individual members (at a present cost of $99.50/month).

Shared hypnosis events will be led by Luke Chao, founder of The Morpheus Clinic for Hypnosis and one of the best-known hypnotists in Canada. Hypnosis is a receptive state of mind that permits one to learn in adulthood everything that wasn’t learned in childhood. It’s a method of adopting new attitudes rapidly.
